Oxford Solutions Launches National Placement Division
Oxford Solutions announces the launch of our National Placement Division, based out of our company headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. We have had great success over the years establishing solid relationships with nationally-based companies with a presence in the Western Pennsylvania region. The strength of these relationships has created an opportunity to leverage our recruiting depth and technology accelerators along with strong back office support to deliver key resources across the nation for temporary, temp-to-perm and direct hire recruiting requirements. This initiative will be spearheaded by veteran Oxford salesperson David Krizan, who comments "I am highly energized by the prospect of continuing to develop present relationships, and by the new relationships we will build and grow along the way. I'm also pleased to say that we have had early successes in the first quarter of this year...I'm very excited about what the remainder of this year will bring".
Oxford Solutions has renewed focus on direct placement staffing services through the creation of our dedicated Direct Placement Staffing Team. Although the demand for temporary and temp-to-perm workers remains very strong, there has been a steadily growing interest in full-time salaried, direct hire resources from a number of our clients. Oxford Solutions is dedicated to a full-service candidate delivery methodology that spans the Engineering, Information Technology and Accounting/Finance areas of specialization. Also, we have 'drilled in" to the Oil and Gas Industry to assist our clients with their specialized staffing needs. Current trends show that companies are utilizing both modes (temp-to-perm and direct hire) to fulfill their openings. THis provides flexibility in hiring in an effort to acquire the highest level of talent. We realize that specific focus in direct placements is a natural compliment to our national placement strategy. We've already enjoyed success in the national market, having made placements in 15 key states so far!
